C'est Très Facile French Toast

Ingredients:

 1 Large Egg
 2 Slices of Gluten-Free Bread
 1 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup
½ Tsp. of Ground Cinnamon


Preparation:

Toast bread until crisp. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Place bread slices inside bowl until soaked (flip bread). Coat a large skillet with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Remove bread slices from bowl and place on skillet (medium/low heat). Cook for about 5 minutes (flip bread half way through). Top with maple syrup and/or your choice of fruit.

  3. Delicious, this is what I had for breakfast! I like the fact that it is gluten-free and dairy-free as well.
