Classic Bruschetta

 Ingredients:

  Slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread
  2 Raw Garlic Cloves
  4 Slices of Tomato
 ¼ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
 ½ Tbsp. of Olive Oil
 ½ Tsp. Dried Basil Leaves

 Preparation:

Toast bread until crisp. Crush garlic cloves and mix with olive oil. Spread mix evenly on bread. Top with  mozzarella cheese and tomato slices. Sprinkle dried basil leaves and ground black pepper (optional). Set oven to broil and place bruschetta until cheese has melted.
