Gluten-Free Find

Many of us on a gluten-free diet know the struggles of grocery shopping, especially if you are new to gluten-free living. For that reason, I have put together a couple of lists of gluten-free products from different brands you may already know about, and from some I have discovered over the years.

A Taste of Thai
Unlike most gluten-free products, these are relatively affordable. There are so many options to choose from, and the meal starters are great for preparing a quick (yet delicious) dinner. The Coconut Ginger Noodles (photo above) are probably my favorite, but I really like their different rice variations. Good taste at an affordable price... and gluten-free!

CalNaturale Svelte
I have been purchasing protein drinks for as long as I can remember, but somehow none of them actually made me feel the way the label promised I would. For that reason, I'm usually skeptical about trying this type of product, but I had a good feeling about Svelte!

Fruit Bliss
Lovely company dedicated to making wholesome gluten-free snacks. All Fruit Bliss products are deliciously packed without any added sugars, guilt, or preservatives. Plus, they are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins!

Kettle Cuisine
Whether it's a chilly day or a rainy day, Kettle Cuisine is my go to choice for wholesome goodness! I love soups as much as I love a good salad. Kettle Cuisine offers a wide array of gluten-free soups. The best part is that they also offer vegetarian varieties for those of us who prefer to stay away from meat.

LÄRABAR
As you all know, I have been a huge fan of LÄRABAR for quite some time! Unfortunately, with my recent development of peanut and tree nut allergy, I am no longer able to enjoy the sweet goodness of a LÄRABAR. Ever since my dad has taken a liking in them.

Navitas Naturals
Navitas Naturals are some of my favorite gluten-free products. Guess what? They are also vegan and packed with nutritional value. Check out my favorites here...

Qrunch Foods
These are a great gluten-free alternative for individuals on vegetarian and vegan diets. Surprisingly, these are also dairy-free, soy-free, corn-free, egg-free, and nut-free!

The Butterfly Bakery
Just curious... Have you heard of The Butterfly Bakery? Their gluten-free goodies are by far my favorite! In addition to having a gluten-free product line, The Butterfly Bakery also offers sugar-free and no sugar added products. This is probably what intrigued my curiosity to find out more about them. Here's the story...

Toosie’s Gluten Free
Have you by any chance heard of Toosie’s Gluten Free? I'm a huge fan of their baking mixes. These are of great quality for a reasonable price. The gluten-free pancake mix is probably my favorite. I strongly recommend you give Toosie’s Gluten Free a try!

Wilton
Even when I wasn't living gluten-free, I often enjoyed getting crafty with desserts and treats. Wilton products have been my go-to for years, so I decided to contact them and find out a bit more about their gluten-free options. They sent me a list to share...
