I have been joggling between school and house work all day, so what better than eating cheese pizza for lunch? Nothing sounded more convincing as I was taking out ingredients from the refrigerator. Then, it came to me... LOW FAT PIZZA! I used pizza crust from Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery (only 1.5g of fat per serving), fat free mozzarella, and my savory Salsa Italiana (it's great with pasta, and even better as pizza sauce). The end result was delicious, and now I can eat pizza without having to worry about messing up my plan to lose a couple pounds (by the way, I went for a vigorous run this morning and I feel great!). Here's the recipe...
Ingredients:
1 Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
¼ Cup Salsa Italiana

½ Cup Fat Free Mozzarella
Preparation:
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Top pizza crust with sauce and cheese. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes and on broil until crisp... Enjoy!
