Healthy Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 Slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread
4 Slices of Dill Pickles
2 Thin Slices of Roast Beef
2 Thin Slices of Ham
1 Slice of Swiss Cheese

Preparation:

Toast bread until crisp. Layer slices of ham and roast beef. Top with swiss cheese and pickles. Add some yellow mustard to complete the traditional taste of a Cuban sandwich (optional).
