Happy Saturday! With just a few days away from the second most festive month of the year, I thought it would be a lovely idea to share a quick recipe with you. It really does make for the perfect treat during the upcoming holiday.

Sure you want to keep a stock in your pantry, but you definitely want to keep a stash in your purse too! I like to alternate the flavors with each season, so here are my picks for this fall...
Almond Walnut Macadamia
Trust me... You will not regret trying these! Aside from tasty gluten-free snacks in bar form, the company also offers a line of all natural Healthy Grains Clusters that I have been enjoying just a bit too much. Seriously, pair these with some coconut milk and you have breakfast ready in seconds! In addition to having KIND clusters during breakfast and snack time, I found a way to turn these into an easy dessert cookie. It only takes a couple ingredients, and some mini cake pans. Candy Granola Cookies
Yield: 4 servings
Gluten-Free
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups KIND Healthy Grains Clusters
gluten-free candy corn
Lightly grease four mini cake pans. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows have completely melted and add the clusters while continuing to stir until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly into the prepared mini cake pans and press into even layers. Top with candy corn and press lightly until they stick. Allow cookies to cool and carefully remove them from the pans.
